About Me

I attended UC San Diego for my Bachelor's in Psychology, Cal State Dominguez for my Master's in Psychology, and University of San Francisco for my Doctorate.

I work with a variety of presenting problems, including depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, identity issues, adjustment problems, stress and issues of aging.

My training has been in community clinics and at college counseling centers. After becoming licensed, I worked as Training Director at the Claremont Colleges Counseling Center, and I supervised trainees at the University of La Verne's Counseling Center. In addition, I have taught some Psychology classes at Rio Hondo College.

I have found providing therapy in private practice to be a very rewarding experience, and I really enjoy helping people feel better. I am honored to take a journey with my clients through healing and change.
