Fees

 

I accept Aetna and Medicare.  For these two insurances, I will bill your insurance, and you are responsible for your deductible and/or copay.  If you are using out of network benefits, I can provide a superbill for you to submit.  You are also responsible for fees when you give a late cancellation or miss an appointment.

If not using an insurance or if a service is not covered by your insurance:

  • Initial Psychotherapy Intake Fee - $165
  • 45 minute Psychotherapy Session (hourly rate) - $150
  • Late Cancellation or missed appointment fee - $25.  48-hour cancellation is required or fee is charged. More notice is always appreciated.  If there is a pattern of multiple missed appointments, you will be required to pay the full hourly rate.
  • Telephone questions - time will be prorated at the hourly rate.
  • Testifying in court or for a deposition - time will be prorated at the hourly rate, including travel time.
